The DAO holds EUL tokens in the Treasury. EUL token holders can participate in governance, while transactions from the Treasury require approval under its multisig signing policy.

New issuance
The Ethereum EUL token contract allows its ADMIN_ROLE holder to mint 2.718% of total supply no more than once every 365 days. Minted tokens are sent to the address returned by the contract's treasury() function.
