Earning consists of a single action: supplying tokens to an Euler market. You earn interest on your assets when others borrow your tokens.

Choosing a Market​

The Earn Page shows a table of all available markets on Euler.

Earn: Table

Market Details​

  • Market: The asset accepted by the market to deposit.
  • Marketplace: The marketplace is a logical grouping of markets according to purpose. A market may not belong to any marketplace.
  • Governor: The entity acting as a governor of the market. The governor may change market parameters. All governors work through a multisig with a mandatory timelock. A market may be Ungoverned which means the market parameters are immutable.
  • Supply APY: The annual precentage yield you earn for lending assets to the market.
  • Total Supply: The total amount and value of assets lent to the market. If this value is small, then the Supply APY of the market may be unstable.
  • Collateral: The markets accepted as collateral deposits in this market. This is useful to determine the risk exposure of your deposits. A market may not accept any collateral.
  • Utilization: The proportion of lent assets that are borrowed. Supply APY increases with utilization. Supplying into highly utilized markets may be risky.
  • In Wallet: The amount of tokens you have available in your wallet that could be deposited into a particular market.

Each market has an accompanying numeric ID which uniquely identifies the market among all markets for that asset.

Each APY value is inclusive of intrinsic yield (e.g. staking yield) and available rewards campaigns. Hover over the value for a breakdown.

Once you select a market you can click on its row to go to its dedicated market page. This page lists all parameters of the market in more details.

Supplying into a Market​

To supply assets into your selected market press the Quick supply button on the right of the market row.

You will be taken to a form where you can enter the desired amount and complete your transaction.
